Who I Serve

Line drawing of two hands holding a heart.

Couples

Helping couples find each other again.

I help couples who feel stuck in the same painful arguments, feel disconnected, or are unsure how to find their way back to each other. I help create a safe space for open, honest expression and aid each partner in truly hearing one another. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, and Relational Life Therapy (RLT), my focus is on emotional healing and vulnerability – helping you uncover the needs underneath the conflict, rebuild accountability, and reconnect with intimacy.

Individuals

Therapy that meets you where you are so you can have peace no matter the chaos.

I work with individuals who feel stuck, anxious, or disconnected from themselves – often carrying the weight of past experiences, difficult relationships, or life transitions. My approach is warm and direct, and I let each person’s own needs guide the pace and direction of our work together.

Families

A safe space to be honest and room to change what’s not working.

Family struggles show up differently in every household – sometimes it’s parents and kids struggling with each other, sometimes it’s tension between adult siblings or extended family, and sometimes it’s a family trying to adjust to a big change together. I create a safe space for every family member to be vulnerable and be heard, while we work together to identify and change the patterns that are keeping the family stuck.

Life doesn’t stop handing you moments that ask more of you than you feel ready for, but peace is finding a way to live through it without it knocking you out. That belief is how I show up with every client, whether you’re looking for support for yourself, as a couple, or with your family working through something hard together.

I work with individuals, couples, families, and parents who are ready to move past old patterns, manage those frustrating emotions, and move toward relationships and a life that feels more connected and at peace.

My style is warm, direct, and adaptable to what you need. I bring a mix of clinical knowledge, lived wisdom, and empathy that helps me meet you where you are. Together, we’ll work toward the kind of peace that holds steady even when life doesn’t.

As a Masters Level Marriage & Family Therapist intern, I currently practice under the supervision of Lana Banegas, LMFT and Erica Gregory, LMFT.
